SugarLoaf Operations (“SugarLoaf,” “we,” “us”) runs sugarloafops.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you complete our free Ops Audit, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, and your answers about your operations and tools. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and anything you enter on the booking form, and adds the call to our Google Calendar. When you buy the Notary & Loan Signing Launch Playbook, we collect your first name, email, state, commission status, service focus, launch bottleneck, and, if you choose to share it, the area you'll serve.
Payment information. Playbook payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Campaign information. If you arrive through a tracked link, we record the link's source tag (for example, utm_source) with your submission so we know which channels bring people to us.
Technical information. Our website host and the tools embedded on this site may automatically collect standard data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
We use your information to deliver what you asked for — your audit results, your Playbook roadmap, or a scheduled call — and to follow up about that request. If you become a client, we use it to manage our work together. We also look at aggregate traffic and campaign data to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers that run parts of this site: Webflow (website hosting), Tally (forms), Stripe (payments), Calendly (call scheduling), and Google (calendar, video calls, and website fonts). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose you shared it, and keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you follow-up emails, by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
This site is meant for businesses and professionals and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
